RM50 REBATE CAR RENTAL VOUCHER

1. This voucher entitles the bearer to redeem a RM50.00 rebate off their total rental amount, with a minimum of 3 days rental and is valid at all AVIS Malaysia outlets nationwide.
2. One (1) voucher is for one (1) vehicle, one-time (1) redemption, valid for one (1) day (24-hour). Unless explicitly expressed on the voucher, no add-on items (GPS/Baby seat/Additional Driver/Personal Accident Insurance, etc.) are included. Any additional rental will be calculated based on the Retail Daily Rate and add-on items will be charged to the Renter separately upon request.
3. Vehicle reservations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. The voucher(s) number must be provided during the booking. Vehicles are subject to availability.
4. A print-out of the booking confirmation along must be presented upon pick-up of the rental vehicle and must match the voucher number used during the booking. Avis reserves the right to refuse pick-up if the printed voucher(s) is not presented upon pick-up.
5. All additional rentals and surcharges must be paid upon completion of the rental period via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express only).
6. Once confirmed, reservations cannot be amended. Voucher(s) used for the reservation will be considered redeemed in the case of a no-show.
7. The validity period of voucher(s) may be extended only in the case of a government mandated travel ban or restriction is imposed by the Malaysian Government and/or extended from time to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction shall be applied to the preceding validity period of the voucher(s). Any requests on extensions not related to government or Covid-19 restrictions will not be entertained.
8. The daily rate in the voucher includes 6% Service Tax, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver (Excess from RM500 to RM2000 subject to vehicle group) only. Notwithstanding the above, Avis Malaysia reserves the right to revise the daily rate quoted herein should there be a revision and/or imposition of a new tax/levy by the government. Any additional fee increase resulting from such tax/levy shall be borne by the Renter and paid upon vehicle pick-up.
9. This voucher(s) is not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and can only be redeemed once.
10. This voucher is also not transferable for security and insurance reasons and can only be redeemed by the person who made the reservations or payment.
11. This voucher(s) is not resold via Online Travel Agents (OTAs), on retail or resale platforms such as but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, etc. Voucher(s) cannot be resold on social media sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok. Re-selling will render the voucher void.
12. Avis Malaysia shall not be held responsible for the loss of any voucher(s), and any loses or damages suffered by the bearer of voucher(s) arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of the voucher(s).
13. No pets, durians, or mangosteens are allowed inside the rental vehicle.
