| (a) |
The renter acknowledges that the Avis Satellite Navigation unit utilizes global positioning satellites and operates only within Malaysia and may be limited by atmosphere or topographical conditions. |

| (b) |
The renter acknowledges that the Avis Satellite Navigation unit may be rendered inoperative if tampered with or destroyed and/or damaged in an accident or if the global positioning satellite system (GPS) is obstructed and/or inoperative. |

|
| (c) |
The renter is responsible for all costs in the event of theft and/or damage to the rented Avis Satellite Navigation unit and all its components. |
| |
|
| (d) |
The renter agress to release Avis from system liability and data error. |
| |
|
| (e) |
Avis Satellite Navigation units (Garmin Nuvi 200W) are available for rent at:
• RM20.00 per day with Maximum RM200.00 per month
|
| |
|
| (f) |
The following costs will apply in case of:
| • Missing or damaged Avis Satellite Navigation unit |
: RM1,500.00 |
| • Missing or damaged Vehicle Power Cable |
: RM180.00 |
| • Missing or damaged Suction Cup/Cradle |
: RM180.00 |
